TDC Acceptable Use Policy

TDC aims at promoting a responsible use of it's network. TDC may use any action necessary to recover from activities which are against this AUP and/or impair the usability of the network and/or services that are considered harmful. These activities may include immediate removal of user's privilege to use the network and services without consulting the user. TDC monitors and measures especially issues related to security, reliability and privacy.

TDC's services may only be used for lawful purposes. TDC does not take responsibility nor monitor the content passing over it's network. Any unauthorized access, monitoring or harassment is strictly forbidden, as well as using the network, servers and services to send unsolicited bulk mail.
